But the one-time BYU commit said it was just a top five and not a final five at this point.

That's largely because more schools are getting involved.

"I have 13 offers but my top five is ArizonaCaliforniaColorado, BYU and Utah," said Manoa.  "And a recent offer from Oregon State caught my eye too.  I put my top five out but I'm still open to seeing other schools."

Manoa has visited four of those schools and will visit the fifth this summer.

"I have visited Arizona, Cal, BYU and Utah, all of my top five except for Colorado and I plan to visit this summer," said Manoa.

Manoa has built a good relationship with coaches at his top five.

"At Arizona, its Coach Vince Amey, at Cal, Coach (Marques) Tuiasosopo and Coach (Tony) Tuioti, at Colorado, Coach (Gary) Bernardi, at BYU, Coach Ilaisa Tuiaki and at Utah, Coach Lewis Powell," said Manoa.

Oregon hasn't offered but the Ducks were a school he grew up watching and they signed his teammate, Cyrus Habibi-Likio, in February.

"My favorite school growing up was Oregon," said Manoa

The 6-5, 295-pounder is talking with a number of other schools who are watching him closely.

"I've talked with coaches from OregonTCUPittsburghWashington StateUSC and UCLA," said Manoa.  "Spring break just ended for us so this is our first week back.  San Diego State and USC came by on Tuesday."

Manoa doesn't have a time frame for when he wants to make a decision.

"Right now, I'm just focused on Lancer football and preparing for the season," said Manoa.
