Milpitas (Calif.) receiver Tuni Fifita has three schools standing out.
"My top three right now are Washington State, Utah and San Jose State," said Fifita. "They've all been recruiting me really hard and I have good relationships with the coaches at all of those schools. So right now, they're standing out to me."
But Fifita is still open to all schools at this point.
"Oregon State is very interested and Coach (Dave) Baldwin has come to watch me and said he wants to see me as the season progresses and they could possibly offer," said Fifita. "And Washington, Coach (Jordan) Paopao came by and said they want me to camp with them for an offer."
The Huskies like Fifita for defense, the same side of the ball his cousin, Vita Vea, plays for Washington.
"They like me more as an outside linebacker," said Fifita.
And Fifita is open to either side.
"Most schools like me specifically for offense, but I'll play whatever gets me on the field quicker," said Fifita. "My love is offense, but I'll play what helps the team."
UCLA has also been keeping a close eye on him, with Fifita stopping by a couple times this spring.
"My 7on7 team, Kenion Training, went to UCLA before a couple of 7v7 tournaments and I liked it there and they're a little interested," said Fifita, who was coached by Bruin great Maurice Jones-Drew on his 7v7 squad.
Fifita won't be deciding any time soon.
"I will wait it out and take all of my visits," said Fifita.
