"If I like a place during a visit I'll commit then," says Kelly.
His first visit was supposed to be to Arizona State, but he decided to cancel it and will instead visit California on December 12th. "I'm taking my ACT on the 13th and I'll still be able to go on my Cal visit because they're closer."
Cal defensive coordinator, Bob Gregory, was at Terrance's house on December 1st. Kelly said, "He seems nice and is very straightforward. He said I'd have a choice between strong safety, free safety and outside linebacker. He says that they let the best players play and it doesn't matter who's next in line."
Terrance then will visit UCLA on December 19th and says the Bruins and Ducks are tied for the lead. "UCLA has been a school I've wanted to go to for a while. I like that they need help and I'd be able to play early."
Oregon coaches Mike Bellotti and Nick Aliotti visited Terrance at home on Monday. "They are really nice. I've been talking to them since May and I have a great relationship with them. They talk with me about my family and I feel I have a good relationship with them outside of football."
He also plans to visit Oregon St on January 16th and Washington on January 30th. All of his favorites have offered. He also has offers from Colorado, Colorado St, Arizona St, Utah, Arizona, UNLV and San Jose St.
Kelly reports having a 2.7 GPA and a score of 17 on the ACT, which is good enough by NCAA standards.
