UCLA Right There With Justice

The big offensive line prospect from Long Beach Poly, Winston Justice, said he'll probably stay local for school, and talks about how UCLA is looking good with him...

Winston Justice, 6-7, 300, Long Beach (Calif.) Poly, said that his recruiting race is primarily between UCLA and USC, even though he's still considering taking trips to a few other schools.

"It's probably between USC and UCLA," Justice said. "But I still want to check out a few other schools. You never know. But I probably will just want to stay close."

Justice said he's arranged a visit to Washington for December 14th, and he intends to visit Tennessee in early January. "And I'll take a trip to UCLA, but I won't take a trip to USC. USC is right down the street."

Does he have a leader right now? "Probably USC," Justice said. "But UCLA's real close I think. I really like UCLA. I mean, they're unbeaten. Their football program is looking good. I really like their OL coach, (Mark) Weber. He seems like a good coach. I'd prefer to go to a winning program. I really like the small class sizes at USC, though."

This last weekend, Justice attended the USC/Arizona State game, but he says that wasn't what he intended. "I wanted to go to the UCLA game but I had the SAT that morning. I was still going to go right after, but we had a fire alarm, so the test ran over. And by the time it was done it was too late to go to the UCLA game, so I just went to the USC game. I'm definitely going to a UCLA game next."

The big OL prospect said he'll more than likely wait until December to decide where he's going to college.

Justice said he has a 2.7 GPA.
