"I like UCLA quite a bit," says Jackson. "Coach (Eric) Bieniemy is real cool and one of my cousins recently told me what a great player he was in college. It would be cool to play for someone like that."

R.J. prefers the running back position and believes that's where he'll be recruited.

He said, "I have great vision at running back. I also have great game speed and size for my position."

He already attended the Texas Spring Game and will now attend the LSU and Texas A&M Junior Days, along with the LSU Nike Camp.

Jackson carries a 3.2 core GPA and took his SAT last Saturday. He is undecided on a major.
