"I understand, but I'm still getting a little anxious. I just want that first offer to come," said Brown.
Brown is getting plenty of interest from colleges, but the same refrain has been spoken from each of them.
"They say that they like me but just want to watch me more on the field, and see some more film," Brown said. "They like what I've done in practice, but they want to see me during a game, then they should start offering."
Brown has heard from Washington.
"I'm really wide open right now. I don't have a favorite. I like the two local schools though. I'm boys with Rodney (Van), Byron (Velaga), Kevin (Brown) and Junior (Lemau'u). In fact, I just hung out with Junior today."
As a junior, Brown had 95 tackles, with 3 interceptions, a host of sacks and tackles for loss, two touchdowns and a blocked punt he returned 90 yards for a score.
He has played outside backer for the Jackrabbits, and says that outside is where he is the most comfortable.
"I've never really played inside. Outside has been where I've mainly played."
Brown knows that when the offers coming, he could be pressed to make a decision, but he says he will take his time and some trips.
He has a 2.8 GPA and scored an 1190 on his SAT.
