The Weekend's Official Visit List

This coming weekend, to date, will be the biggest recruiting weekend of the season for UCLA, with 11 recruits known to be coming in for their official visits during the USC game, and one more very important recruit visiting unofficially...

Here's the list of those recruits taking their official visits:

Korey Miller, LB, 6-2, 218, Plano (Tex.) Plano West, Committed
Kyle Miller, LB, 6-2, 218, Plano (Tex.) Plano West, Committed
Robert Kibble, #33 safety in country, 5-10, 175, Houston (Tex.) Westfield, Committed
Ryan Reynolds, #7 LB in nation, 6-2, 225, Las Vegas (Nev.) Bishop Gorman
SydQuan Thompson, #11 CB, 5-10, 180, Sacramento (Calif.) Grant Union
Logan Paulsen, #14 TE, 6-4, 220, West Hills (Calif.) Chaminade
Mikell Simpson, #17 RB, 6-1, 200, Harrisburg (Penn.) High
Jeremy Childs, WR, 6-0, 180, Los Alamitos (Calif.) High
Mike Houston, RB, 6-0, 240, Denver (Col.) Montbello
Shaun Dewitty, #54 RB(DB), 6-1, 185, Colorado Springs (Col.) Doherty
Duke Robinson, #67 OL, 6-5, 325, Atlanta (GA.) Washington.

There are reports of Erik Lorig (6-4, 245), the #8-ranked tight end from Rolling Hills (Calif.) Palos Verdes Peninsula, visiting but we haven't confirmed it.

Also, as most know, Ben Olson, the 6-5, 230-pound quarterback prospect from Thousand Oaks (Calif.) High and BYU, plans to visit the game unofficially.

Reynolds is a huge official visit. He's one of the best linebackers in the nation, at an extreme position of need for UCLA. While Oklahoma is a long-time leader for him, UCLA has hung in with Reynolds. A good showing on his official visit, combined with the prospect of early playing time, could hopefully turn him to UCLA.
