Miller's Trip to USC

The outstanding corner prospect, Aaron Miller from Fresno, returns from USC and talks about the schools he's still considering...

Aaron Miller, 6-0, 170, Fresno (Calif.) Edison took an official visit to USC this weekend, but it wasn't enough to overtake Oklahoma or UCLA in his top two spots.

"It was cool," Miller said. "I like a lot of things about USC. The best is their business major. SC has one of the best and that's what I'm going to major in. I also liked the family atmosphere that the coaches make there."

But Miller said Oklahoma and UCLA still are ahead of USC on the list. "Yeah, Oklahoma and UCLA are still ahead. Oklahoma probably has a slight lead. But I know UCLA really well and I'm really familiar with the players there. This weekend, when I was on my SC trip, I ran into both Ricky Manning and Matt Ware at a party. Ricky was like, ‘Man, what are you doing here?' I told him I was on my SC visit and he just shook his head and smiled at me."

Miller still has a visit to LSU plannned for next weekend. "I plan on taking it," he said. "Then I'll decide hopefully next week. But it's going to be a tough decision. If I had to decide, I couldn't. All three teams right now – Oklahoma, UCLA and SC – are just about equal."

Miller will be visited in his home by coaches from Oklahoma and USC this Wednesday, he said. He also indicated that LSU intends to come in sometime this week, too.

Miller has yet to achieve a qualifying test score and will take the SAT this Saturday, and then fly to LSU for his official visit later on Saturday.
