So far two have announced their decisions.
Charles Brown, the tight end/athlete from Pomona (Calif.) Diamond Ranch, has finally decided to attend USC. He had been waffling for the last 48 hours or so, but made it official this morning.
Adrian McCovy, the linebacker from Lakewood, also announced he has chosen Arizona over UCLA.
Still remaining uncommitted is Erik Lorig, the tight end/athlete from Rolling Hills (Calif.) Palso Verdes Peninsula. A source close to Lorig said he was still undecided as of this morning from among UCLA, USC, Cal and Stanford. He is supposed to announce his decision this afternoon at his high school.
As of 9:30, there is word that eighteen of the signed National Letters of Intent have been received by UCLA from the verbally committed recruits. It's believed there are three west coast players who have merely not yet faxed in their signed NLI but are fully expected to do so.
Again, there is also a very strong rumor that some other good recruiting news will be made public either today or very soon.
