Dean said most schools like him as a receiver, but that UCLA and Michigan are two that like him as a cornerback.
"Most of the schools want me as a receiver, but some think I'd be a good big corner who could eventually move to strong safety," Dean said.
"Each place I went, I thought it went real well. I showed everyone what I could do that I could run and I could catch," Dean said.
Dean said he wouldn't rush making a decision on his college choice.
"Well, I'm planning to take all five of my trips, and at the earliest, I'd decide midway through the season. I'm going to take some trips during the season," said Dean.
His first official trip will be to Nebraska on September 10 and he has one set up with Washington, though the date hasn't been determined.
In the meantime, Dean is getting set for the fall, finishing up summer passing league with Fairfield.
"It gave me some time to get some extra work in, work with the skill positions. I can't wait till we get into pads, I'm looking forward to hitting. I'm going to also get to return both punts and kicks," Dean said.
As a junior, Dean had 25 catches for 750 yards and 7 touchdowns.
Dean has a 3.0 GPA and took the SAT in the Spring.
