Farmar Makes the Decision

Jordan Farmar, the 6-1 sophomore point guard, has decided to keep his name in the NBA draft and forego his final two years at UCLA.

Farmar had said he would only keep his name in the NBA draft if he were given a first-round guarantee by an NBA team. Farmar waited until the 11th hour (actually, 2:00 p.m. Sunday) for that guarantee but didn't receive one.

Farmar, though, ultimately decided it was time for him to go to the NBA.

We'll have more on the story and possibly quotes later...
