If you don't remember, Horton is the son of the former UCLA guard from the 1970s, Myke Horton.
His younger brother is Wes Horton, a 6-5, 230-pound junior defensive end considered an early elite prospect, who had a sack in this game.
6-4 senior wide receiver Mike Stanton had three catches for 37 yards and a touchdown.
Senior offensive lineman Sam DeMartinis, also the son of a former UCLA football player, had a fumble recovery.
Junior running back Thaddeus Brown (5-11, 180) had 109 yards on just 5 carries, one for a touchdown.
Notre Dame rushed for a total of 418 yards.
