Mbah a Moute, the sophomore starting power forward, hyper-extended his knee with about seven minutes left in the first half of the Arizona State game last Thursday. He played through the rest of that game.
It wasn't until after the game that Mbah a Moute indicated that he was feeling pain in the knee. An MRI on Friday showed no structural damage, but Mbah a Moute sat out the Arizona game Saturday.
UCLA beat Arizona without Mbah a Moute, 73=69.
Mbah a Moute hasn't practiced yet this week, but the UCLA doctors determined today that his knee is fine for him to resume practice and he'd able to play Thursday.
