Decision Time for Breshers?

It could be coming down to a decision time for Tyreese Breshers, the 6-6 senior forward from Los Angeles Price. The decision: Whether to wait for UCLA and a potential Bruin offer, or make a commitment now to one of the four schools at the top of his list that have offered him a scholarship...

The situation with Tyreese Breshers, the 6-6 senior power forward from Los Angeles Price, could be coming to a head soon, according to sources.

Breshers had indicated recently that he ideally intended to make a commitment to his school of choice soon and get it over with before the July evaluation period.

UCLA, who hasn't offered Breshers, has been trying to get him to hold off and attend its camp starting this Sunday.

It's still uncertain at this point whether Breshers, in fact, will attend.

In recent weeks, Breshers, the #79-ranked player in the nation by, has been unofficially visiting the schools that have offered him – Washington, Washington State, Miami and Boston College. He recently returned from a trip to Miami and the word from his high school was that he intended to sit down with his family and his coach on Friday, June 29th, to determine whether he'd make a commitment, or actually hold off and attend the UCLA camp.

From what we've heard from the Breshers camp, UCLA would ideally like him to attend the camp so UCLA Head Coach Ben Howland could work with him personally, and then also see him in a few events during the July evaluation period before deciding whether to offer him.

The question is whether Breshers will wait for UCLA to evaluate him, or decide to commit to one of the other schools now.

It's believed that, if he did commit soon, it would either be to Washington or Boston College.
