UCLA picked up its 22nd commitment on Monday, coming on the offensive side of the ball.

Oceanside (Calif) El Camino receiver Nelson Rosario (6-5, 205) became the most recent prospect in this class to verbal to the Bruins, his family confirmed on Monday afternoon.

The commitment from Rosario was somewhat expected, as he seemed the most likely prospect to join the fast-filling class in Westwood.

With offers from all over the Pac-10, a well as some national schools, Rosario is choosing to stay closer to his San Diego-area home.

Rosario is the fourth receiver in the class of 2008 to commit to UCLA, joining Kemonte Bateman, Jerry Johnson and Antwon Moutra.

An excellent track athlete, Rosario was one of the elite triple jumpers nationally.

Last year as a junior, Rosario had 53 catches for 1,010 yards and 11 touchdowns, earning all-state underclass honors in 2006.
