Rosario Solidifies UCLA Commitment

Oceanside (Calif.) El Camino receiver Nelson Rosario has finalized his decision and the soft verbal to UCLA will now be a solid commitment to the Bruins.

"The decision was hard and it came down to location," said Rosario. "How far I am from home was a big factor. I liked both schoosl and both programs but UCLA fit me better as a person." On Monday night, Rosario had UCLA coach Rick Neuheisel and receivers coach Reggie Moore in his house for an in-home visit.

"It was great. Coach Neuheisel and Coach Moore are both great people. My dad really liked them and was happy with them," said Rosario. "It was a good visit."

Rosario called Neuheisel to give him the news, but couldn't reach him.

"So I called Coach Moore instead and told him and he was really excited," said Rosario.

With the decision final, Rosario said he's relieved.

"Yeah, I'm really happy to get this over with. It's a big relief," said Rosario.
