Knox, the 5-8 running back from Lake Balboa (Calif.) Birmingham, who was the City Section Player of the Year, announced his decision on the High School Signing Day Special on Fox Sports Prime Ticket.
Knox, the #30-ranked running back in the nation, was the last of the recruits UCLA was waiting on today.
Knox, of course, was verbally committed to UCLA, but was considered a soft commitment after Karl Dorrell was fired.
Knox took an official visit to Notre Dame last weekend and sources told us that he seriously considered Notre Dame.
That brings the total to 23 recruits committed to UCLA. Knox's commitment probably ensure UCLA's class will remain ranked as one of the top ten in the nation (currently at #9).
