UCLA Football Recruiting Tidbits

Here are some recent developments with UCLA in recruiting, the Bruins starting to show interest in various players up and down the coast and some from across the country, while a recruit that is verbally committed to UCLA said he could take unofficial visits to other schools...

Here are some of the developments in UCLA recruiting in the last few days:


Nathan Fellner, the 6-0, 190-pound safety prospect from Fresno (Calif.) Clovis West, verbally committed to Washington in August, but he says with the uncertainty surrounding the coaching situation there, he is considering taking other official visits.

Lester White, the 6-2, 205-pound safety prospect form Riverside (Calif.) North, is preparing to take official visits, but has to take the SAT first.

The offensive line prospect verbally committed to UCLA, Greg Capella of Visalia (Calif.) El Diamante, told Scout.com he could take official visits to other schools.

Palatine Fremd (Ill.) offensive tackle Christian Lombard, who is 6-5 and 280, has scholarship offers from big-named schools across the country, and UCLA is starting to show interest.
