Tyler Honeycutt has been cleared to play, according to sources.

The 6-8 freshman small forward exacerbated a stress fracture in an all-star game last April.

In July, he was dianosed and has since been going through recovery and rehabiliation, which was estimated to take an indefinite amount of time, possibly upward of three months.

He had been showing consistent progress, and was cleared to play today.

It's believed he will be brought along slowly when practice starts Friday.
