Ajawara Has A Decision Timeline

Los Flores (Calif.) Tesoro offensive lineman Sil Ajawara has a time frame for when he's committing, with another official visit set for this weekend and the potential for another before he decides...

Los Flores (Calif.) Tesoro offensive lineman Sil Ajawara will take his second official visit this weekend, again heading to a Pac-10 school.

"I'm flying out on Friday to Arizona," said Ajawara.

Last month, Ajawara officially visited Arizona State and he's still debating on whether he'll visit UCLA officially.

"I'm hoping to visit UCLA but I'm not sure because this is their last home game so I'd have to wait awhile," said Ajawara.

Ajawara said he's down to Arizona, Arizona State and UCLA, with the Wildcats coming on strong.

"Yeah, it's between those three, but Arizona has made a late push," said Ajawara. "So we'll see after a couple of weeks. I'm not favoring anyone, though, at this moment."

Ajawara also has a timeframe for when he'd like to make his decision.

"Probably by mid-December," said Ajawara.

Ajawara noted what stood out to him about each school, with all having something in common.

"Each school has some young guys and are building up to being something special," said Ajawara. "I loved the coaching staff at Arizona State, the fans at Arizona and the tradition at UCLA."

The three-star guard, ranked #19 nationally by Scout.com, played left tackle this season for Tesoro, but said each school is recruiting him to play offensive guard in college.

He has been to a couple of UCLA games this season, most recently, their win over Washington two weeks ago.
