2011 UCLA Prospects: Defense

With UCLA's 2010 class put to bed, here is an early look at the top prospects on the defensive side of the ball that UCLA is targeting in the class of 2011...

As the UCLA coaching staff starts to focus more aggressively on recruiting the 2011 class, they'll do so with fewer scholarships to give than they've had in the previous three classes. Right now, we're hearing they'll have between 14-17 scholarships to give.

UCLA stocked up on the defensive side of the ball in the 2010 class while emphasizing offensive recruits with the 2009 class. The 2011 class could be evenly weighted between offensive and defensive recruits.

Here is a look at who UCLA will likely be targeting for the 2010 class, with how many they will likely bring in at specific positions. Players in italics have been offered by UCLA already, while the rest of the list is alphabetical (by first name).
