Teague said the three Pac-10 schools are standing out the most to him.
"I like Oregon, Cal and UCLA the most," said Teague. "I'm only hearing from Louisville a little bit. Oregon is probably my favorite school."
Teague said he's hoping to get up to Oregon during the spring. So far, his only college visit has been to UCLA, for the Bruins' Junior Day last month.
"It was really cool there at UCLA," said Teague. "Coach (Wayne) Moses talked to me about coming to see me during the spring and me coming to their camp. I think with them and most schools, offers will come after the spring."
Teague played both running back and safety for Pomona last fall, but he's setting his mind on defense at the next level.
"In college, I really want to play safety," said Teague.
Academically, Teague has a 3.1 GPA and will take the SAT later in the spring.
