"It's been going really good, I'm having a lot of fun with it, with all these schools talking to me and telling me how I can be a part of their team," said Moreland.
The USC offer was the most recent, coming on Friday.
"I had went up there for a spring practice and they said to come to their camp but then they offered me on Friday," said Moreland. "They offered me as an outside linebacker. I talked with Coach (Lane) Kiffin."
The two offers from the Lone Star State came right before the Trojans.
"Texas A&M and SMU both offered me and I was pretty excited about that because I'm thinking about going into Texas for college," said Moreland.
Yet none of those three teams make Moreland's top schools.
"My top five are UCLA, Oregon, Oregon State, Washington and Arizona," said Moreland. "UCLA is still definitely my top school and they're recruiting me the hardest. I'm going to their camp on June 6th."
But Moreland doesn't see an immediate end in sight to his recruitment.
"I still want to take all of my visits," said Moreland. "I know I want to for sure get up and visit Oregon. I like them a lot too."
Academically, he's carrying a core 3.1 GPA and is planning to take the SAT on June 5th.
As a junior, Moreland had 95 tackles, 45 for loss and 21 sacks at Salesian. He was named All-League Defensive MVP, All-CIF and L.A. Wave Player of the Year.
