Shaquelle Evans, the sophomore wide receiver transfer from Notre Dame, also got past UCLA admissions, according to sources.
Willis will join the team immediately, but will have to redshirt this season, since he did enroll early at North Carolina (last January).
"We are very excited about Brandon joining our program," said UCLA head football coach Rick Neuheisel. "We thought the world of him a year ago as a high school senior and we feel he will be a tremendous asset to our defensive front."
Even though Evans got past admissions, we haven't heard for certain that he has committed to UCLA.
