Big East Crystal Ball

Each day brings us a little closer to the Big East tournament in Madison Square Garden.

Today's update from the Big East office included a look at the tournament pairings if the championship started today. Of course, it doesn't. And with the remaining games, tiebreakers are likely to change. But it's still something to talk about around the water cooler.

Here is what the pairings of the BIG EAST Championship would look like if the tournament started today, based on the conference tiebreaking procedures. Please note that since the schedule is not complete, and that teams have played an uneven number of conference games, teams that hold tiebreaker advantages today may not necessarily hold those advantages at the end of the season.
