Costner Is Steady With His List

Brandon Costner is coming off a great ADIDAS camp

Momentum. Brandon Costner has plenty of it. Those who attended the ADIDAS camp in Atlanta, Georgia this past week praised the 6-foot-8 forward from Seton Hall Prep in New Jersey.

Costner followed up the camp performance with another impressive showing last night at the Reebok East event being held on the campus of FDU in Teaneck, New Jersey. With many college coaching staffs looking on, including the Connecticut program, Costner helped his team wallop Eric Boateng and Josh Thornton's Delaware AAU team, 83-52.

Costner scored 13 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in helping the Playaz crush Boeteng and Josh Thornton's team. Boateng had just eight points, including a dunk at the buzzer that was uncontested by the Playaz team which was walking off the court.

Costner stated his list has not changed over the past week. Indiana, Michigan, Georgia Tech, North Carolina State, Kansas, Connecticut, Seton Hall and UCLA remain among his top schools. Brandon took an official visit to UCLA in April and has been on the campus of nearby Seton Hall several times as well as having taken visits to Connecticut and North Carolina State unofficially. This past season at Seton Hall Prep, Costner averaged 18 points, nine rebounds, five assists, three steals and two blocks. He has a 3.3 GPA and scored a 940 on the SAT.
