Decision Time On Garcia?

John Garcia has indicated a desire to visit Connecticut

It could be decision time soon for John Garcia and his interest in Connecticut. Garcia, a 6-foot-9 center from Brentwood High School in Brentwood, New York, stated he will officially visit four schools -- Seton Hall, St. John's, Pittsburgh, and Villanova.

Then there's Connecticut on his list.

"They haven't offered me," said Garcia, who was selected for the Reebok ABCD all star game in early July. "If they don't offer me I probably won't visit."

Connecticut has also been recruiting players like Andrew Bynum, Marcus Johnson, Marcus Williams, and Jeff Adrien. Inside forward Jeff Adrien told the Insiders Report that he might even visit Connecticut this weekend. He has an offer on the table.

Garcia is likely also to consider a visit to either Richmond or Kentucky. The Wildcats of Kentucky haven't called recently but Richmond has offered and has attended many of Garcia's games.

The National Champs also attended a few of Garcia's games in Orlando and out on the West Coast. "If they offer I would probably visit," he said. "But I have to see who is really interested in the next couple of weeks."
