Again, you don't block shots with your head! This isn't soccer. He has a reach of eight feet, seven inches and he competes on every possession."
Connecticut picked up the recruiting pace with Adrien after watch Jeff have a great Peach Jam tournament in South Carolina in the early part of July playing for the BABC AAU program from Boston, Massachusetts. He also picked up offers from Kansas and Pittsburgh too after his summer play.
Adrien had taken visits to Pittsburgh and Connecticut over the past couple of weeks. "Jeff is a very special player," Smith concluded. "He has great timing, has a great deal of intensity, and plays hard all the time."
