UCONN Target Finishes Up Big East Trip

Danny Green, a 6-foot-5 swingman from St. Mary's High School in Manhasset, New York, said his trip to Pittsburgh worked out well. "I had a good time," Green said. "I met the players. They were nice. I had a chance to see the campus and talk to the coaches more."

Green said the Panthers helped themselves in his recruiting process. But was it enough? Green said North Carolina is still the team to beat in his recruiting process.

"I am having North Carolina in my home tomorrow night," said Danny. "I am also going to visit North Carolina for Midnight Madness."

Green also said he plans on visiting Connecticut the weekend of October 29th. But will he still be available by that timeframe? Only Danny Green knows for sure. Should Connecticut push up their recruiting timetable with Green? Unlikely, unless Connecticut receives word on Marcus Johnson and Marcus Williams.

Danny also said that he could still take another trip to St. John's. Green has been on the St. John's campus a few times but has yet to schedule an official visit. Green also said he wants to take the SAT again. He is already qualified but would like to boost his score even more so.
