Jon Rothstein Joins

Never at a loss for words, Jon Rothstein has been voicing his opinions in both print and on-air since his arrival on the New York/New England sports' scene in 2001. He'll now be bringing those opinions to

After writing for Gannett publications such as The Journal News and the Ithaca Journal, Rothstein covered the NBA Draft extensively for the YES Network in 2003 and 2004.

His work has also been featured in the Basketball Times and Husky Blue and White.

Beyond his vast work in print, Rothstein was also the winner of 1050 ESPN Radio's "Dream Job" competition. At 1050, he was a regular contributor to the Wally and the Keeg show as well as a fill-in Sportscenter anchor and Knicks' beat reporter.

His on-air work includes hosting sports talk shows on 1460 WVOX in Westchester as well as Sportstalk 950 WPEN in Philadelphia.

Rothstein has also made several national radio appearances discussing the NBA and college basketball.

He is a 2004 graduate of Ithaca College, where he also currently serves as a part time instructor in sports media. He currently resides in Mahopac, NY and can be reached at
