John Robinson and staff landed three high school All Americans this year, far and above any other MWC school this off season. Probably the most import pick-up was wide receiver Earvin Johnson, who was clearly one of the best wide outs in the nation. And with the departure of Nate Turner to the NFL, he should see a lot of playing time right away. The Rebels also picked up running back Dyante Perkins of Bishop Gorman High, who should also see a lot of snaps at tailback this season. The third All American high schooler was picked up for the future in quarterback Tyler Arciaga. Jason Thomas is a lock at QB for as long as he's a Rebel, but then Arciaga will have a full shot at the job.

The rest of the Rebels class rounds out like this:,br> Dominique Dorsey – RB, 5-8, 165
Justin Cooper – WR, 6-0, 195
Joe Hunter – DB, 6-0, 175
Jason Rogers – WR, 5-11, 185
Jamaal Brimmer – DB, 6-1, 205
Ashley Subingsubing – DB, 5-11, 195
Joe Miklos – LB, 6-1, 195
Zach Gorham – OL, 6-5, 280
Marcus Maxwell – WR, 6-4, 190
Erik Elkington – WR, 6-2, 180
Leon Moore – DE, 6-5, 240
