Quick Chat with Max Tuerk

USC offensive lineman Max Tuerk talked about what he's learned after one season as a Trojan and what he hopes to improve upon this year.

There was full attendance at Tuesday morning's practice, allowing Max Tuerk and the rest of the Trojan offensive line to join the action in an 11on11.

After the workout, Tuerk discussed what he's learned since the end of last year, and what he wants to work on coming into fall camp. He is currently listed as a co-starter with Aundrey Walker at left guard and tackle, and confirmed today that he will start at guard with Walker at tackle.

"I'm playing left guard right now," said Tuerk. "Me and Aundrey got good chemistry, we're working together well."

Fall camp is just 25 days away, and until then Tuerk says he plans on working on his strength and conditioning.

No worries there as the trainers gave the players a rather hard workout this morning, joking after that they would "need to take an extra 20" to catch their breath.
