Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco receiver Shay Fields decommitted from Boise State on Tuesday, a program he pledged to in June, then committed to USC on Thursday.
Though Fields believes he would have been happy as a Bronco, he couldn't turn down his dream opportunity.
A Southern California native, USC was it.
Fields was offered by interim head coach Ed Orgeron and receivers coach Tee Martin in early October. A recent Saturday visit to USC confirmed his spot at Troy.
