The USC running back group looks to be almost back to 100 percent following a string of injuries. Yes, Justin Davis and D.J. Morgan are out for the season, but Silas Redd, Tre Madden, Buck Allen and freshman Ty Isaac are there to round out the unit.
Although the run game looked to be a bit ineffective agasint Utah, the Trojans have had to rely heavily on their ground game in recent games, which has given Isaac the opportunity for more looks during practice.
As the young gun on the team, Isaac says he looks up to players like Redd and tries to pick up whatever tips they have for him. He says he is ready to go and will fill in where ever the team needs him.
The Trojans, now tied for second in the Pac-12, will look to continue to improve against a tough Oregon State team on Friday in Corvallis, OR.
