Lee to make NFL decision after bowl

USC junior Marqise Lee has a big decision to make following the Trojans' final game of the 2013 season: to stay his senior season or announce early for the NFL draft...

It's widely believed Saturday's Las Vegas Bowl will be the final game in Cardinal and Gold for USC junior Marqise Lee.

Through three years of eligibility, Lee can make himself available for the 2014 NFL draft.

Though it's on the minds of most around him, Lee himself says he's given the decision no thought and has yet to even discuss it with his parents.

"I've just been out here with my team and trying to finish up this last week before this bowl game," Lee said after Sunday's practice.

Lee admits he has "a lot" of people in his ear about his future, "that's typical though," he explained.

"I'm really just waiting til after the bowl practice to sit down and think about it and probably the week after that Saturday I'll probably decide what I'll do."

Asked what the deciding factors will be, Lee said "I have no clue, actually."

USC coach Steve Sarkisian, hired Dec. 2, has yet to sit down to speak with Lee about his Trojan career and future. "He be rippin' and runnin'," Lee explained. "We had a quick [team] meeting yesterday, so I got to see him but after the meeting he was ripping and running, so I'm trying to wait until he settles down and everything before I actually get the chance to sit down and talk to him."
