Harbor City (Calif.) Narbonne linebacker and USC commit Uchenna Nwosu took his official visit to USC over the weekend.

The 6-foot-2 210-pound three-star recruit enjoyed the experience so much, he might forego his one remaining trip.

"I have a visit setup for Washington," Nwosu explained to Scout Tuesday on the telephone, "but I think I might cancel it soon."

He says since taking his visit to USC, National Signing Day on Feb. 5 can't come soon enough.

"I'm solid to USC," he said.

Nwosu spent the weekend getting to know his future coaches as well as his future teammates, admitting the time spent with current Trojans was the best part of his visit.

"I got to go out with all the players," Nwosu explained. "Chris Hawkins, Quinton Powell, Leonard Williams, Marqise Lee. They were all great guys.

"It was great, I got along with everyone."

That includes his future coaches.

Nwosu says he spent time with the entire staff, explaining that he already felt comfortable with coach Steve Sarkisian. Sarkisian recruited Nwosu when he was the coach at Washington.

"It was a great move for him and me that he came to USC," Nwosu said.

Linebackers coach Peter Sirmon held a meeting with his future position group, including Nwosu and Trojan commit Olajuwon Tucker. Nwosu explained that Sirmon stressed the importance of training his players' eyes and teaching them how to get off blocks. "He has a good plan," Nwosu said of his future position coach.

Asked for any final thoughts about his visit Nwosu said: I'm really excited to get there. I just can't wait.
