Led by redshirt junior quarterback Cody Kessler, USC players were back on the field Wednesday for a voluntary 7on7 throwing session.

Kessler shared 7on7 reps with freshman quarterback Max Browne.

USC 2014 signee Ajene Harris (wearing orange shorts in video) also made his way to campus to get extra work in with his future teammates. Harris made multiple impressive receptions over the Trojan defensive backs.

The Trojans also had an extra receiver on hand in 2014 Torrance (Calif.) North athlete Malik Condiff. Condiff (wearing shocking pink socks) made the catch of the day during 7on7 action, a one-handed grab over sophomore safety Leon McQuay. Condiff could be a USC walk-on hopeful.

After suffering a season-ending ACL injury before fall camp, redshirt freshman Steven Mitchell was back on the field. Mitchell has not been cleared for football activity but is able to run on his surgically repaired knee. He told Scout he's feeling great and can't wait to participate (with limitations) in spring practices.
