Lee to the Jaguars at No. 39
USC receiver Marqise Lee had to wait until night two of the 2014 NFL Draft to hear his name called, but he still wore his signature smile when the call came and he exited the green room at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. Lee was selected in the second round with the No. 39 pick by the Jacksonville Jaguars, who traded up to pick him. "(It's) a sense of relief (being drafted)," Lee told the NFL Network, "But then, it's motivation at the same time." Lee, admitting motivation at slipping to No. 39 in the second round when many considered him first round talent. "I'll make sure I get it done, to tell you the truth - all jokes aside," he said. "I'm going to make sure I handle my business. "I'm always going to have a chip on my shoulder. Where I come from, not a lot of people expected me to make it. I am finally here but I still got things to prove to everybody, that it's not just college I did, I can do it in the NFL too." Lee will join quarterback Blake Bortles in the Jags 2014 draft class. Bortles was selected as the No. 3 overall pick out of Central Florida.
