Updated Scholarship Distribution Chart

Wide receiver George Farmer has decided to forgo his senior season and go to the NFL. How does that impact USC's scholarship situation?

As expected, Trojan juniors Leonard Williams, Nelson Agholor and Javorius Allen made themselves eligible for the NFL Draft. What wasn't expected was receiver George Farmer, who told reporters after the bowl game he would return for his redshirt senior season, would opt for the draft as well.

With Farmer gone, USC is left with six wide receivers on scholarship plus enrolled JC transfer receiver Isaac Whitney. The Trojans also have two verbal commitments from wide receivers.

With the five early enrollees, including Whitney, USC now has 61 players on scholarship and 58 recruited scholarship players (three are former walk-ons).

If USC brings in 19 more players on signing day (for a total of 24 for the class of 2015) the Trojans roster will have 80 players on scholarship.
