Sunday Instant Analysis - Ricky Town is gone

On Sunday USC head coach Steve Sarkisian said that true freshman quarterback Ricky Town was transferring out of the program. Ryan Abraham and Dan Weber talk about Town's decision and what it means for the team going forward.

USC head coach Steve Sarkisian had this to say about Ricky Town transferring:

"Ricky Town has decided to transfer. I wish him the best of luck. He's worked extremely hard, he's been a great member of our program and I am sure wherever he decides to go he'll be a good member of that program as well."

When asked about the timing of Town's transfer Sarkisian said:

"Today was the first I have heard of it. I just met with Ricky and he decided that he wanted to move on."

With Town now out of the program, USC has three scholarship quarterbacks on the roster, Cody Kessler, Max Browne and true freshman Sam Darnold.
