Trojan wide receiver target Bryan Thompson tournament highlights

Moreno Valley (Calif.) Rancho Verde wide out Bryan Thompson is someone to watch for on the seven-on-seven circuit.

One of the players on the rise here in Southern California is Moreno Valley (Calif.) Rancho Verde three-star wide receiver Bryan Thompson. He currently holds five early offers, including four Pac-12 schools, but we expect that number to grow over the spring and summer.

Thompson told Scout.com's Greg Biggins that he has been in conversations with USC, making this prospect one to watch for Trojan fans.

Biggins felt that Thompson was one of the best pass catches out on the field over the weekend at the B2G passing tournament. He has a nice combination of size, speed and body control despite only playing wide receiver for a year. He has the speed to get behind a defense and shows a nice burst out of his breaks. He can high point the ball and does a nice job catching through traffic. He has a solid 6-1 frame and once he becomes more polished in his route running, his game should really take off.
