Four-star 2018 receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown knows that if he runs his route correctly, Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei quarterback J.T. Daniels is going to deliver the football, especially when St. Brown is in the end zone.
That was on display in a recent game against Santa Margarita (Calif.) Catholic when the 6-foot-1, 190-pound receiver caught five passes for 82 yards with three of those going for scores.
"He knows the way I run my routes, so whatever situation we have, I'll tell him what kind of route I'm going to run and he puts it on the spot every time because we have that chemistry," St. Brown said of playing with Daniels.
Through the first seven games this season, St. Brown had a team-high 32 catches and 13 touchdowns. He was second in receiving yards with 610. As a sophomore, St. Brown had 22 catches for 373 yards and three touchdowns, according to MaxPreps.
