According to the Orange County Register, Pola will be the new running backs coach for the Browns.

Pola had a special Trojan pride that he carried with him and that carried over into the way he coached his players. We certainly wish Kennedy well in his career with the Browns but he will be missed at USC. He was a hard pounding blocking fullback during his playing days (82-85) and later watched as his nephew Troy Polamalu earned All-American honors as a safety in recent years.
