Tim Davis Moves On To the NFL

Trojan offensive line coach takes job with Dolphins

Tim Davis, who joined the staff at USC in 2002 as offensive line coach, has accepted a similar position with the Miami Dolphins according to The L.A. Times.

"I couldn't sleep a wink," Davis told the L.A. Times of the decision. "I just said, 'Let's go.' I talked to Norm and talked to Pete. It's a good opportunity — that crack in your life when you've got to go."

Davis becomes the fourth Trojan coach to leave USC since the season ended. Norm Chow is also rumored to be a candidate for the Tennessee Titans' Offensive Coordinator position, but nothing official has come of that yet.
