Recruiting update

This has been a busy recruiting week for the Trojans as the coaches have been headed across the country to visit some of the top prospects on their wish list. Click below for a recap of what we have heard in recent days:

LB Joshua Tatum

Tatum is expected to announce next Monday, December 12th. He has a visit scheduled with Pat Ruel on Thursday, December 8th.

RB Marcus Sims

Sims is one of the remaining "big backs" on the RB wish list. He took his official visit to USC last weekend.

DL Louis Holmes

Louis Holmes was visited early this week by Pete Carroll and he is expected to make an announcement sometime soon.

RB Emmanuel Moody

The former Texas commit will trip to Miami but will the Trojans have room for him by the time he gets back? Michael Goodson could announce his choice (again) in the coming days.

ATH Anthony McCoy

McCoy is scheduled to have an in-home visit with the USC coaches on Thursday, December 8th.

RB Keiland Williams

Another potential "big back", Williams ran a 4.32 40 at a combine earlier this week. USC will battle homestate LSU on this one.

WR Vidal Hazelton

Vidal Hazelton will take his final trip this weekend and is scheduled to announce at the Army game in January.

ATH DeMarco Murray

The Trojans talked to Murray about playing defensive back during his trip and he wasn't opposed to the idea.

DL Brandon Antwine

Antwine was scheduled to get a visit from Trojan coach Pete Carroll this week until he committed to Florida so Carroll simply changed direction and headed to see linebacker Mike Morgan.
