5-Star USC Commitment D.J. Shoemate was dominant on both sides of the ball for Servite's big win on Saturday night vs. Santiago in front of a packed crowd.

While he's ranked as a wide receiver by Scout, Shoemate lined up at defensive end and running back in addition to his duties at wide receiver.

He has sticky hands, and is extremely strong. It's not hard to picture him playing any one of several positions on the college level including wide receiver, linebacker or even safety.

Shoemate gave the Santiago offense fits as he lived in the opponent's backfield, and he was Servite's most effective weapon on offense.
