A Monster Night for California OL

Mater Dei's Khaled Holmes lists USC, Cal, and Stanford as his Top 3, and he helped pave the way for over 600 yards of offense last week. See him in action in this presentation by ScoutTV.

Khaled Holmes (6-5/290) of Mater Dei (Calif.) is rated a 4-star offensive guard by Scout.com, and he proved his rating was more than justified as he helped anchor an offense that went for 621 yards against Centennial.

It was almost unfair watching the massive Holmes dominate the line of scrimmage as the Monarchs were able to run behind him at will. He kept junior quarterback Matt Barkley safe from his blind side as well.

Holmes lists USC as his favorite among offers from Cal, Stanford, Arizona, Nebraska, Notre Dame, and Oregon State among others.

See why he is such a hot commodity among coaches, and see why he has helped propel Mater Dei to #1 in the state of California.
