Matt Spanos took over as the starting center for the USC Trojans in 2007. He has played every position on the offensive line in his career at USC. Spanos has been a warrior this season for the Trojans playing with an injured triceps and hand. The senior center adds leadership and experience to the USC offensive line.

Favorite Professional Sports Team: Los Angeles Angels. You have to have Southern California love.

Favorite Athlete: Walter Payton

Favorite Music Artist/Group: An underground rap group called the Living Legends.

Person You Admire Most: My parents.

Hobbies: I play the drums once in a while.

Career After Football: Hopefully be a history teacher.

Favorite TV Show: Family Guy

Best Sports Memory: Nothing beats the Notre Dame game two years ago but actually my favorite sports memory was last Saturday against Cal. I have never had so much fun playing sports ever.

Reason for choosing USC: Why not? I live 45 minutes from here, it's still near the beach, it's centrally located, great people and it's an awesome program.

Best Win: Notre Dame this year was really cool. We had never shut them out before and it is kind of cool to say.

Toughest Loss: Stanford. Even though the Texas Rose Bowl was really hard but I didn't play as much in that game. It definitely has to be Stanford this year.

Best player you ever play against: Brandon Mebane (California)

Best player you played with: Deuce Lutui. He's above and beyond one of the greatest players I have ever played with. He always made you feel comfortable when you were in there. You were never scared when you played next to Deuce.

Favorite Food: Mexican

Favorite Video Game: Guitar Hero

Most Prized Possession: My family. I would never give them up for anything.

Favorite Class: History 103: The Emergence of Modern Europe

Chris Rock or Dave Chapelle: Dave Chapelle

Lebron James or Kobe Bryant: Kobe. Lebron's got the youth but Kobe is the man.

Peyton Manning or Tom Brady: Tom Brady. Anybody who head butts his five starting linemen in the huddle I would take him.
