"I think it was a great experience for me," said Brown, who teamed up with Matt Barkley and competed against some of the top defensive backs in the country. "It was one of the best times that I have had in my life."
For the 6-5, 205-pound wide receiver the highlight of the camp was heading to the Los Angeles Coliseum to play ‘Trojan Ball' and soak in the atmosphere of USC's home field.
"The Coliseum is amazing," Brown said. "It was amazing, that's all I can say about it because it was just that good that I can't describe it."
While at the camp, Brown took advantage of the opportunity to learn some tricks of the trade from USC wide receiver coach John Morton.
"It was nice because he was with the Oakland Raiders in the NFL," said Brown, who was impressed with Morton's knowledge and professional coaching experience. "It was cool."
Along with the lessons that Brown received from Morton, the five-star receiver also enjoyed the passion and energy that the USC coaching staff showed throughout the entire Rising Stars Camp.
"They were live the whole time," Brown said of the USC coaches. "The whole time I was there they were screaming and jumping around."
Now that the Rising Stars Camp is finished, Brown doesn't plan to attend any more camps this summer and will sit down next week to trim his list down to ten schools.
"Next week I am going to have my top ten list," said Brown, who lets us know that USC will definitely be on the list.
