What did you think of the Notre Dame game?
"One of the greatest games I've ever seen, everything was really going SC's way. They had great offense and great defense. That's what happens when you play the way you're supposed to play."
Tell us about your day at the game.
"I got there late right when the game started so I didn't get to go down on the field before the game or anything. All the times I've been there in the past it's been great because you always get treated real nice. It was cool to sit in the stands with some of the other recruits, I sat with Mathew Malele and Norris Malele and we had a good time. It sounds like they are open to anything, they just want to go somewhere and play football."
What did you think of the DL?
"I thought the d-line played great as usual. All of them, Kenechi, Omar, Bernard, they all played great. Mike too, they did a great job."
Did you go in the locker room?
"The locker room...it was a pretty cool feeling to be around guys like Carson Palmer and Troy Polamalu. I mean, they're Trojan greats. You can say they're greats now can't you? I talked to Coach Orgeron, whew, he's quite a good one. He just keeps telling me to work hard in the classroom and come in ready to play. I got to meet some of my future teammates and it was just a zoo with all the recruits in there. It's gonna be the place to be for the next fifteen years and these recruits are gonna be dying to come here. It's good to see SC back to where it's supposed to be. No more of this losing season stuff."
How is your foot coming along?
"It's getting a lot better. I'm able to walk now but I can't do any athletic stuff yet. I can jog but I can't sprint. I'll be ready to go by spring and can't wait to start on the SC training program."
